Volunteers wrap presents for more than 100 kids, teens in Georgia foster care

CEDARTOWN, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Volunteers spent the day wrapping more than 100 gifts for teens and kids in foster care. The presents will be opened on Christmas morning.

“Each of us faces battles that no one knows about,” said Angela House, one of the pastors at Northside United Methodist Church in Atlanta.

For some of the children and teens at Murphy-Harpst Children’s Center in Cedartown, this gift will be the first present they have ever had on Christmas morning…
