Marietta Man Accused of Stabbing Woman

Milan Indiana Jones, 35, of Marietta, is accused of stabbing a woman under her chin on Dec. 12 at 8:23 p.m. at a residence at 2780 Rock Creek Drive in Marietta, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.

The woman was heavily bleeding from a stab wound to her neck and from a stab wound to her hand from grabbing the knife, according to the warrant.

Jones is charged with aggravated assault – intent to murder; and aggravated battery disfigure. He was arrested Dec. 12 at 9:21 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records.

Jones remains in custody without bond.
