Man hospitalized after shooting in North Sacramento

(FOX40.COM) — Sacramento Police responded to reports of a shooting in North Sacramento that left one man injured on Thursday night.

According to police, the shooting occurred near Altos Ave. and Fairfield Street just after 6:30 p.m.

Police said when crews arrived at the scene they found one man who sustained one gunshot wound.

Officials said he has been taken to a local hospital and that his condition is unknown at this time.
