NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Helping Kids and Teens America held its annual Community Christmas giveaway on Thursday.
The giveaway, held at Booker T. Washington High School, provided free toys and new clothing to those in need.
Portsmouth-based nonprofit Mercy Chefs was also in attendance, serving hot, chef-prepared meals to those waiting.
