Early next year, beloved Miami -born Mediterranean concept Motek will join Boca Raton ’s prestigious Restaurant Row . Taking over the space formerly occupied by Fabio Trabocchi ’s Fiolina , the new Motek will be the brand’s seventh location.
“And it brings no shortage of Magic City clout: Its crispy, baked Arayes burger — with grass-fed kufta kebab, tahini and harissa aioli on a pita instead of a bun — notched back-to-back People’s Choice wins at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival Burger Bash in 2022 and 2023,” says recent coverage by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel .
“Opening MOTEK in Boca Raton is a deeply person and exciting milestone for us,” Charlie Levy , who owns Motek together with Tessa Levy , says in coverage by Modern Luxury Palm Beach . “As we open our seventh location and first outside Miami-Dade County, we’re not just serving food; we’re sharing a piece of our family history and bringing the warmth of Mediterranean hospitality to Boca Raton.”
The spacious new location will feature seating for 220 guests, including both indoor and outdoor seating. “The restaurant will also feature entrees such as a 20-ounce, bone-in ribeye with chimichurri and peppercorn sauce, baby lamb chops with majadra rice and sumac onions, salmon skewers, chicken and lamb shawarma, and a variety of hot and cold mezze,” adds the Sun-Sentinel coverage.
