On Friday, Zillow , a real estate marketplace company, used its AI-powered natural language search tool to find the most popular and unique home-search trends over the last year. The company said the tool offered a window into what Americans wanted in their next home.
According to Zillow, Americans were looking for variety and character in a house . The tool found that ranch and ranch-style homes were a top search, as well as single-story homes. Zillow said there was also a growing interest in flexible living spaces like duplexes.
