A driver was pulled over for an equipment violation at 10:42 p.m. Dec. 17 and was later cited for underage possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Police responded to a report of an intoxicated woman at 10:15 p.m. Dec. 17. There was no further information at the time of the report.
