PHOENIX (AZFamily) – A woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing nearly $200,000 from an elderly woman at a senior care facility in north Phoenix. Melissa McDougal was arrested on Wednesday and faces one charge of property theft. At the time of the reported theft incidents, she worked as the health services director at Palazzo Senior Apartments.
