Gordon Ramsay Burger is the latest restaurant opened by the celebrity chef and restaurateur in Nevada.
The burger joint inside Flamingo Las Vegas hotel and casino began taking reservations Wednesday following a soft opening earlier this week. It is Ramsay’s seventh restaurant to open at a Caesars Entertainment property.
Gordon Ramsay Burger offers casual fare that blends British classics with traditional American specialties — at celebrity chef prices.
The menu is characteristically cheeky with items like an “Idiot Burger” — braised short rib, gruyère cheese, cheddar cheese, roasted mushrooms and a spicy tomato chutney ($33.99).
The steak dinner burger is a wagyu beef patty, sautéed mushrooms and onions, boursin spread and HP sauce served alongside crispy matchstick potatoes ($49.99).
For dessert, a sticky toffee waffle with toasted pecans and vanilla ice cream is $14.99.
The “Pink Drink” combines Perrier-Jouët champagne, Absolut vodka, cassis, raspberry gomme, lemon twist and a lemon wheel served inside a flamingo shaped glass ($32.99).
