Fun events happening in Memphis this weekend

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — It’s finally Friday, which means it’s time to look at several events happening across the greater Memphis area this weekend. There is something for everyone.

All this weekend you can take the kids to see Santa and his winter wonderland at Bass Pro Shops! There are no excuses for the kids not to have a picture with Santa because photos are free!

You can make a free reservation here. Don’t forget to send us your pictures to be featured on News Channel 3!

Former Beale Street Bears Z-Bo and Tony Allen are gifting bikes to those right here in Memphis. The giveaway begins at 3 p.m. at ‘N-Less Entertainment’ along Vance Avenue.

Why waste money on holiday gift bags when you can make your very own?

Saturday, you and the kids can make holiday gift bags from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Brooks Museum. The event is free, and of course, you get to take your bags home.

Also Saturday, the Orpheum announced a one-night concert of “Wurlitzer Wonderland” featuring the historic mighty Wurlitzer Organ. Tickets are $10 cash at the door. The concert begins at 7 p.m.
