GILBERT, Ariz. – Gilbert Mayor Brigette Peterson had some strong words for her critics during her last council meeting as the town’s leader. During a public meeting on Dec. 17, Mayor Peterson took a moment to address the handful of “crazies” who have attacked her throughout her term and called for the community to “turn a new leaf” in 2025.
