MAGNA, Utah (KUTV) – A father and husband is mourning the loss of his pregnant wife, who died in a car crash. Rossana Moreno and their three children were driving home Tuesday when a suspect in a shooting ran a red light and crashed into their vehicle. While the three children were unharmed, Moreno did not survive the crash.
