PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — A man was arrested after allegedly threatening to shoot up a bar in Southeast Portland early Saturday morning, police said.
Just after 5 a.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to the 800 block of Southeast Madison Street on reports of the threats.
When officers arrived, they found the suspect had left in a car and no shots were fired.

Police say the suspect, identified as 29-year-old Stephan Hartley III, was found in his vehicle and arrested near Southeast 8th Ave. and Main Street.
Hartley was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of disorderly conduct, third-degree escape, interfering with a police officer and second-degree criminal mischief.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing to see if additional charges will be added.
