Whether you’re fulfilling a New Year’s Resolution or just getting an outdoorsy start to 2025, First Day Hikes at Georgia State Parks offer excellent organized opportunities to begin the new year outside.
Rangers at Georgia State Parks have planned more than 70 guided adventures where you can connect with friends, family and the great outdoors — all across the Peach State. Participants can choose from a variety of distances and difficulties, from kid-friendly strolls to heart-pumping treks and wheelchair accessible trails. And hikers will go home with a commerotive First Day Hikes sticker to mark the accomplishment, part of anationwide movement started by America’s State Parks.
