COLUMBUS, Ga ( WRBL )- Another chilly morning is in store for the start of the week. Temperatures Monday morning will drop back down into the lower 30s/upper 20s again. Add in the wind, and it will feel like lower 20s for the entire area. Afternoon readings will struggle to get above 50 degrees.
Christmas Eve: Your Christmas Eve forecast is looking great, but a bit chilly. Expect morning lows in the 30s and highs rebounding in the 60s. The good news: there will be plenty of sunshine.
Christmas Day: Unfortunately the clouds will return in time for Christmas. We will be tracking a disturbance to our west that could bring showers late Christmas Day evening. As of now, many areas will remain dry, but we will keep you updated on your holiday forecast.
Rest of the Week: Following the holidays, we move into an unsettled pattern at the end of the week. Rain chances will increase each afternoon before a cold front arrives Sunday. Highs will continue to warm up into the upper 60s, and lows in the 50s by the weekend.
