PetSmart will soon open a new store at Rayzor Ranch Town Center in Denton, Texas. Located to the east of the mall, the store sits near an Albertson which is actually part neighboring University Village Shopping Center. It occupies the southeast corner of University Drive and Heritage Trail, just north of the Eastpark Apartments.
