The investigation is continuing into a shooting incident in Stanton that took the life of one victim and wounded another. According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department – which provides police services to Stanton – deputies were dispatched to the area of Orangewood Avenue and Court Street (east of Stanton Avenue) at around 4:19 p.m. on Friday.
