Two men are facing charges after a Sunday afternoon disturbance led to a lockdown at North East Mall.
The Hurst Police Department says this all started with reports of shots fired near the mall’s food court just before 5 p.m. Sunday. During the investigation, officers determined two men were in a verbal altercation with handguns.
Police confirmed that no shots were ever fired. However, both men were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
