My measuring stick for a great restaurant is one I want to go back to the minute I leave after my first visit. It says a lot for Nashville’s culinary scene that there are so many I’d make my regular home. Sometimes it’s a place with a cuisine I’ve never had before. Other times, the food is as comfortable as a well-worn robe. But the common denominator is they’re all the best in show of whatever delicious lane they’re living in.
