Snow could be falling in Worcester tomorrow as Santa begins his journey through the skies.

Forecasters are predicting some snowfall in the Worcester area beginning late tonight and continuing into Christmas Eve, according to the National Weather Service’s Boston office .

Much of the rest of the state is also expected to receive around an inch or less of snow, with the exception of western Massachusetts, which could see one to two inches.

If you’re planning to hit the roads on Christmas Day , don’t worry — it’s expected to be sunny with no snowfall in the forecast in Worcester.

NWS forecasters are predicting that the Berkshires and northern Worcester Hills area have the best chance of seeing more than an inch of snow.
