HOLLAND, Ohio (WTVG) – A man is facing a slew of charges after authorities said he allegedly assaulted a man, drove off while dragging a woman on the roadway, and intentionally tried to crash into another driver. Dayton Schmitt, of Garden City, Michigan, was booked into the Lucas County Jail for the incident on Dec. 20.
