Cheatham County Central High School students recently participated in the regional competition and qualified for the state HOSA (Health Occupation Students of America) competition, which will be held March 31-April 2 in Chattanooga. First-place finishers at regionals were: Terryn Zuck-Medical Spelling; Charlotte Hunter-Clinical Lab Specialty; Aymin Tawadrous-Medical Math; Gabriel West-Physical Therapy; Bailey Rivers-Dental Science; Ryder Allen-Health Informatics; Katelyn Lain-Clinical Nursing; Mai Parrot & Hailey Doles-CPR/First Aid. Second-place finishers were: Bryson Williams, Kobe Williams, Andrew Skinner, Juan Bolivar-HOSA Bowl; Analyn Warrick-Medical Assisting; Piper Andrews-Health Career Photography; Taylin Zuck-Pathophysiology; Danielle Sisco-Phlebotomy; Marleee Whittaker-Medical Terminology.
