Not so much a white Christmas as a wet Christmas this year, as the pattern looks a bit damp and dreary. Skies will be mainly overcast over the next couple of days, with periods of mainly light rain and drizzle. Overall rain chances look a bit lower for the Bootheel, Tennessee and W Kentucky, but even there some light rain is likely at times. Otherwise it will be cool but not really cold, with highs today and tomorrow in the upper 40s to mid 50s…with overnight lows mainly in the 40s.
