Christmas Eve murder in the Bronx: man fatally stabbed in torso

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man was fatally stabbed on Tuesday in the Bronx on Christmas Eve, according to police.

At around 11:40 a.m., police responded to a call about a person stabbed near East Tremont Avenue and Morris Avenue.

Upon arrival, officers found a 36-year-old man with stab wounds to his torso, leg, and arm.

EMS transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The victim was identified as Arkmayer Davis, of the Bronx.

There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
