NEWTON FALLS, Ohio (WKBN) — A Trumbull County grocery store was doing its part to save local shoppers who may have forgotten to buy something before the holiday.
The Newton Falls Shop N’ Save was closed on Christmas but left a table of some typical holiday essentials outside the store for anyone to take.
The store posted on its Facebook page that anyone could grab something free of charge as long as they make a donation to St. Mary and Joseph’s Food Pantry later this week to return the favor.
