Everyone is in the New Year New You era right now and in many ways so is Texas. The Lone Star State is rolling out new laws that every Texan should know about. Texas is passing House Bill 4504 which will make criminal procedure easier for everyone to understand not just lawyers. The bill will update and simplify the state’s criminal procedure code. The laws will stay the same but will be easier to understand.
