The Trans-Siberian Orchestra was created by Paul O’Neill. His goal? To create a progressive rock band that pushed the boundaries of the genre further than any group before.
With more than 10 million albums sold, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO) has made fans fall in love with the multi-dimensional art form of the rock opera with the addition and assistance of a production team managing lights.
Billboard magazine named TSO as one of the top touring artists of the past decade– a $20 million-plus production that has played to over 100 million people in 80+ cities, selling more than $280 million worth of tickets.
TSO’s latest album, Night Castle, was released in 2009 and was debuted at #5 and certified gold by the end of the year.
The Lost Christmas Eve Tour kicked off this year on Nov. 13 and the band continues to remain true to the vision of their founder, by being one of rock’s most generous bands. This year, the band will surpass $20 million donated to charity, a testament to their commitment to philanthropy.
