HOUSTON, Texas – We are getting the first look at the woman who police said tied her 7-year-old daughter up and locked her inside a dog cage for hours as a punishment. Rose Marie Anderson has been identified as the 55-year-old mother who is currently facing two felony charges, unlawful restraints, and injury to a child.
