LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A juvenile is in the hospital after a shooting in the Russell neighborhood Thursday, Dec. 6, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department. Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 900 block of Place Bleu just after 6:30 p.m., LMPD spokesperson John Bradley said.
