It’s going to be a drizzly weekend in southeast Louisiana, perfect for cozying up on the couch and staying in with family for the holidays. Storms are expected to approach Baton Rouge and Lafayette from the west Thursday night, according to the National Weather Service of New Orleans, bringing the potential for a few strong thunderstorms, gusty winds, hail and an isolated tornado. The heaviest rain is expected of fall west of Interstate 55, forecasters said.
