Atlanta nonprofit crowdsources rental assistance

ATLANTA – Jonna Harvey was looking for a fresh start when she and her two boys moved to Atlanta from Florida. She took up a waitressing job in West Midtown. “If you’re a good person. You’ll always pay your bills. But life happens,” Harvey said. “Inside the border, probably unaffordable, especially being a single parent. You can’t really make ends meet between the prices versus getting into a property where you don’t have a good landlord.”
