Joshua Brown, 35, of Lithia Springs, is accused of being a fugitive from aggravated assault charges by Hamilton County, Tennessee. He was located in Cobb County on Dec. 23 at 10:03 a.m. at the O’Reilly Auto Parts store, 4440 Brownsville Road in Powder Springs, according to an arrest warrant from the Powder Springs Police Department.
