Wauwatosa is now home to Wisconsin’s first indoor slide park, called Slick City Action Park .
The park opened on the evening of Thursday, Dec. 26, in a warehouse at 1435 N. 113th St. in Wauwatosa. Friday, Dec. 27, is the park’s first full day open to the public, according to a news release from Slick City publicizing the opening.

What’s inside Slick City Action Park in Wauwatosa?
According to the release, Slick City Action Park is the “world’s only waterless slide park,” for both kids and adults.
The 60,000-square-foot park in Wauwatosa features 11 giant slides, including the Big Wave, the Off Ramp and the Mega Launch. The park also includes other attractions such as a mini cart track, zip line, swing, a basketball court, trapeze and multi-level playground.
There are age limits for certain attractions. To use the slides, you must be at least 4 years old. The park also has a “soft play area” for those too young for the slides.
