EAGLE, Idaho – An Eagle family has filed a lawsuit against the West Ada School District, the West Ada Superintendent and Ada County over alleged discrimination and racism. The Hodge family alleges two of their daughters experienced a “hostile and discriminatory educational environment” at Eagle High since 2021. They also claim multiple attempts to address the issues were sidelined by teachers and administration.
