LUBBOCK, TX — A GoFundMe has been created to support the family of Maguire Vogel, 22, who lost his life in a motorcycle crash on December 23. Vogel was a beloved son, partner, and father of a 2-year-old boy. At approximately 4:46 p.m. on December 23, the Lubbock Police Department responded to reports of a collision with injuries in the 5300 block of Marsha Sharp Freeway. Investigators stated that Vogel was riding his motorcycle alongside another rider when the two bikes crashed into each other. Vogel lost control, struck a guardrail, and was ejected from his motorcycle.
