The California Highway Patrol will showcase its newest addition to the force beginning this weekend at the San Diego International Auto Show.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday through Monday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at 111 E. Harbor Drive at the San Diego Convention Center.
“At the San Diego International Auto Show all weekend with our new Chevy Silverado Z71,” CHP Public Information Officer Jim Bettencourt said in a post on social media.
To get a glimpse of the future, see next year’s models now – the 2026 Honda Passport and Hyundai IONIQ 9.
Other vehicles, all 2025 models, making their debuts at the show include:
- Cadillac Escalade IQ
- Ford Bronco Sport, E-Transit, Expedition and Maverick
- Ineos Grenadier Quartermaster
- Nissan Armada
- Toyota 4Runner
- Volkswagen Taos and Tiguan
- Volvo EX30.
Auto show officials called the event “a celebration of car culture in San Diego County” and said organizers have worked closely with vehicle manufacturers and a variety of exhibitors to “create an event that will educate, inspire, and entertain.”
