An Erie native has been confirmed as the second victim in an apparent carbon monoxide poisoning in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

According to the Solebury Township Police Department, Walter J. Blucas has been confirmed as the second victim. The 76-year-old is currently hospitalized in critical condition.

The incident happened on Dec. 27, in the 6900 block of Phillips Mill Road , that claimed the life of former actress and model Dayle Haddon, 76, of New York, NY.

A police investigation found that “a faulty flue and exhaust pipe on a gas heating system caused the carbon monoxide lead.”

The home where both Walter and Dayle were found is owned by Erie native Marc Blucas, of Girard.

Walter is Marc Blucas’ father while Dayle Hannon is the mother of Marc’s wife, Ryan Haddon Blucas.

Marc Blucas is known for roles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Hallmark movies.
