DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. – A Douglasville family is recovering after a tree fell on their home, injuring some family members, during the overnight storms that raged through metro Atlanta. It happened at a home along Fairburn Road.
“4:30 this morning I woke up to a big thud and didn’t really know what was happening until I heard my son and my granddaughter screaming for help,” Donna Holtz explained.
