ST. LOUIS – A national Mexican restaurant chain plans a location at a shuttered fast-food site in South County. A location of Abelardo’s Mexican Fresh restaurant is set to occupy a vacated former Jack in the Box restaurant at 4500 Lemay Ferry Road, according to documents from the St. Louis County Planning Commission.
