BOISE,ID (CBS2) – As we approach the New Year, we will see our first measure snowfall for a portion of the Treasure Valley. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the Upper Weiser River. This advisory is in effect from 11pm Tonight until Noon Wednesday.
