Annabel Cohen , a French native who moved to San Diego after graduating from the prestigious Ferrandi Pastry School in Paris, recently submitted documentation to the San Diego Department of Environmental Health and Quality to open within Hancock Kitchen at 3425 Hancock Street . This achievement furthers her goal of crafting desserts and finger food for private and corporate events. Cohen tells What Now San Diego she hopes to launch from the ghost kitchen in the next few weeks.
Cohen is currently in the permitting process, which marks a significant milestone for her boutique catering company. She shared with What Now San Diego that her next goal is to open a physical location for her business. Once this brick-and-mortar store is established, the experienced pastry chef can offer even more delicious foods to the San Diego community.
