In-N-Out , the popular and fast-growing California-based burger chain, is getting ready to open a new location in Mt. Juliet at the northeast corner of Golden Bear Gateway and Old Beckwith Road .
The city has approved a design waiver the company requested to move forward on a 3,887-square-foot restaurant, according to The Tennessean . The new location is part of the Golden Bear Place development. Construction plans are in the final stages of review, and In-N-Out will need to submit building plans to obtain a building permit and construction documents. This is one of five locations planned for Middle Tennessee, including a corporate hub with an onsite restaurant in Franklin .
On top of the new Mt. Juliet location and the corporate hub in Franklin, In-N-Out has also proposed to build two restaurants in Wilson County and two in Davidson County. In Lebanon , the city has approved plans for a new 3,885-square-foot restaurant on South Hartmann Drive across from Home Depot. Goodlettsville hopes to have a location near RiverGate Mall at 1000 Rivergate Parkway, while Antioch has a new location planned off Interstate 24 at the Century Farms development at 4242 Century Farms Terrace. All locations are expected to open by 2026, with the first planned for the end of 2025.
