KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The New Year is bringing in bigger changes as we are tracking a big cool down on the way as winter settles into East Tennessee. Rain chances will remain on the lower end as mountain snow showers continue, but a bigger system is set to arrive by late weekend as an artic airmass settles in.
