EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) – An Evansville woman was arrested on neglect and DUI charges on New Year’s Eve after police say they pulled her over. An EPD Officer was on their way in to work on New Year’s Eve around 11 p.m., when they say they spotted a driver run a red light.
