SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Some South Dakota drivers are being encouraged to renew their registrations sooner rather than later due to a planned software update. According to the Minnehaha County Treasurer’s office, the state of South Dakota is implementing a new motor vehicle software beginning February 17.
