MINNEAPOLIS – A man pleaded guilty in federal court to two counts related to a shooting outside a mosque over the summer. The incident happened in August outside the Masjid An-Nur mosque on the north side of Minneapolis. Yancy Hall of Shakopee was accused in the criminal complaint of shooting 75-year-old Abdul Kareem, who confronted Hall about selling drugs outside the mosque.
