Coastal Carolina transfer edge rusher Deamontae Diggs committed to Florida State on Friday, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett . The 6-5, 260 edge rusher totaled 34 tackles, five sacks, and two passes defended. He’ll have one year of eligibility remaining.
In 2023, Diggs played as a redshirt junior for Youngstown State. He played in all 13 games on the defensive line. He tallied 11 tackles, five solo stops, and four sacks. Diggs racked up two sacks against Missouri State.
