BALTIMORE, MD-Three people were arrested and five car rallies were prevented from happening across Maryland on New Year’s Eve thanks to a joint task force, according to the Maryland State Police. The rallies planned roadway shutdowns and disruptive car-related activities in industrial areas, public streets, and parking lots across Prince George’s County, and Baltimore.
