SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A man accused of damaging and attempting to steal from coin-operated machines at a car wash made his first court appearance on Friday. According to court documents, 29-year-old Jevante Debates-Sturgeon faces burglary and malicious mischief charges after he allegedly tried to rob a Clean-Auto Carwash in Spokane Valley on Dec. 25 at about 5:30 a.m.
