Two teens were arrested by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for Sexual Battery Involving Physical Force.

The teens, Jordan Audit, 17, and Austin Littleton, 18, were arrested by Major Crimes Detective Joesph Miller on Thursday, January 2.
On December 29, 2024, Detective Miller became aware of the case when the victim, also a minor, contacted the Lake County Sheriff’s Office to report the rape.
The victim states that she had met Audit and Littleton at a party on the evening of December 28. During the party, she says she learned that Audit had a firearm in his possession. At the end of the night, he had forced her to enter Littleton’s camper vehicle where he had proceeded to rape her. Littleton had entered the car shortly after and both suspects began taking turns raping the victim while she resisted.
The victim says she was able to escape the camper, eventually returning to her vehicle and driving off. Audit and Littleton attempted to follow her and cut her off, however, the victim’s screaming as they approached the vehicle caused them to flee.
